PXR advises investors in Orderbird on their sale to Nexi
PXR has advised the finanical investors in Orderbird, Digital+ Partners, Alstin and LeadX, on the sale of their shareholding in Orderbird AG to Nexi group. With the transaction, Italian payment provider Nexi (who already had acquried a substantial stake in Orderbird in 2021) fully acquired Orderbird, a provider of point of sale products and related services for restaurants and other businesses in the hospitality industry. The financial investors represented by PXR held the majority of sold stake in Orderbird.
